How much is the Security Deposit?
It is equal to one month’s rent. Currently, 670.00 for a one bedroom one bath 735.00 for a two bedroom one bath and 810.00 for a two bedroom two bath.
Do you accept pets?
No. Unauthorized pets are grounds for eviction and a $500 fine. No visiting pets allowed in any units, unless a Seeing Eye dog.
What length leases do you offer?
Twelve month lease with the option for month to month after initial lease ends.
Is there emergency maintenance?
Yes, you may contact a Womble Rental Management technician 24 hours a day by telephone.
What appliances are provided in the apartments?
Full sized Washer/Dryers, stoves with exhausts, dishwashers, and refrigerator/freezers.
Are window treatments provided?
Yes, mini blinds are provided on all windows and vertical blinds on sliding patio doors.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, it is $25 per applicant.
What utilities am I responsible for providing?
Electricity through Duke Progress Energy, Water/Sewer through Harnett County Water, and if applicable, Gas through Piedmont Gas, UM I only.
What hours is the rental office open?
The community manager is on site typically Mon-Wed-Fri from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Scheduled appointments are encouraged.
